Well worth the trip

Enjoyed bamboo rafting, ox cart ride, and learning more about elephants than we ever knew. The entire village depends on the elephants, provide veterinary care, and care for aged elephants. The cost to care for and feed elephants, requiring financial support from tourists. Covid deeply impacted them. Tired of the “save the animals” lingo, when people don’t think about so many aspects of this project. How bout saving the people in this village who care for these animals that live in community..
